For your convenience, our hire rates include delivery and collection to your exhibition stand.

Delivery times will depend on the schedule set up by the exhibition organiser and loading bay access.  Timings will be advised at the time of booking.

Collection will commence as soon as the exhibition has closed and will continue during the organiser’s allocated schedule.

Delivery From Eventex Furniture Hire

All items not belonging to Eventex Furniture should be removed from the furniture prior to collection.  Items left in the furniture are done so at your own risk.

Eventex will have staff on site during the delivery of equipment to an exhibition to deal with any queries and arrange any last minute orders (depending on stock availability).
